Inc offers a variety
of compensation alternatives. Our principal method of compensation
is the "incentive" system.
That is, based on negotiation ability, we charge somewhat more than
we pay for a spot.
Should a different compensation system be desired, we will certainly
set up a fee structure as an alternative. This fee will vary depending
on the media used and the complexities involved. In all cased the agency
commission is credited to the company authorizing the buy.
As in the case of compensation, we offer various payment alternatives.
Obviously, should the client (agency or advertiser) choose to pay us,
we will remit to all sations after sending to client a complete billing
package which would include our invoice, all station invoices, affidavits
and a summary sheet outlining the complete buy. Terms are net 30 days
from date of our invoice.
Or, if the agency or client chooses to pay the stations directly,
we will set up our billing to facilitate this approach. (This by
the way, even when our compensation is on the "incentive" basis
since our policy is "open book" regardless of payment system.
